In addition to Palmstaden IK, 51 other teams from 4 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 10 different groups, whereof Palmstaden IK could be found in Group 3 together with Landvetter IBK Wings, Växjö IBK U Vipers 2, 1. SC TEMPISH Vitkovice and Ingarö IF. Palmstaden IK continued to Playoff B after reaching 5:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Hovslätts IK with 3-6. In the Final, Ingarö IF won over Hovslätts IK and became the winner of Playoff B in Boys 15. Palmstaden IK also participated in Boys 14 during Gothia Innebandy Cup 2017. They reached the 1/16 Final in B14 Playoff B, but lost it against Warberg IBF Vit with 1-2.
