Sæby Floorball Klub

Sæby Floorball Klub was one of 6 clubs from Denmark that had teams playing during Gothia Innebandy Cup 2018. They participated with one team in Boys 15. In addition to Sæby Floorball Klub, 51 other teams from 4 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 10 different groups, whereof Sæby Floorball Klub could be found in Group 8 together with Öjaby Sport 1, Frölunda IBK, Rydboholms SK and Mullsjö AIS. Sæby Floorball Klub continued to Playoff B after reaching 5:th place in Group 8. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Mölndals IBF with 0-10. In the Final, Ingarö IF won over Hovslätts IK and became the winner of Playoff B in Boys 15. Sæby Floorball Klub comes from Lienshøjvej which lies approximately 100 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Innebandy Cup takes place. The area around Lienshøjvej does also provide two additional clubs participating during Gothia Innebandy Cup 2018 (Frederikshavn Black Hawks and Blackhawks).
