In addition to FBC Vinga, 10 other teams played in Girls 16. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof FBC Vinga could be found in Group 1 together with Sveiva Innebandyklubb, Rotebro IS IBK, IBK Lund and CL98IC. FBC Vinga made it to Playoff B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 1. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Tranemo IBK with 0-3. Thereby FBC Vinga finished second in G16 Playoff B during Gothia Innebandy Cup 2018.
