In addition to GIF Fighters, 24 other teams played in Girls 13. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof GIF Fighters could be found in Group 4 together with Pixbo Wallenstam IBF, FBC Engelholm, FBI Tullinge and Värnamo IK. GIF Fighters continued to Playoff B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Kärra IBK with 1-2. In the Final, IBF Älvstranden 1 won over Värnamo IK and became the winner of Playoff B in Girls 13. GIF Fighters also participated in Girls 12 during Gothia Innebandy Cup 2018. They reached the Semi final in G12 Playoff B, but lost it against Hovshaga AIF with 3-5.
