In addition to Hovshaga AIF, 24 other teams played in Girls 13. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Hovshaga AIF could be found in Group 5 together with IBK Lund, Warberg IBF, Kärra IBK and IBF Älvstranden 2. Hovshaga AIF continued to Playoff A after reaching 1:st place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against FBI Tullinge with 1-4. In the Final, Lindås Rasta IBK won over FBC Engelholm and became the winner of Playoff A in Girls 13. Hovshaga AIF also participated in Girls 12 during Gothia Innebandy Cup 2018. They reached the final in Playoff B, but lost it against Pixbo Wallenstam IBF F05/06 with 0-1 and ended up in second place.
