In addition to Orange Juniors, 17 other teams from 3 different countries played in Girls 18. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Orange Juniors could be found in Group 1 together with Hovslätts IK, FBC Kalmarsund Ungdom, Varla IBK, IBK Lund and FC Helsingborg. Orange Juniors continued to Playoff B after reaching 6:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Åstorp/Kvidinge IBS with 0-8. In the Final, FBC Kalmarsund Ungdom won over Åstorp/Kvidinge IBS and became the winner of Playoff B in Girls 18.
