In addition to Malmö FBC, 39 other teams from 4 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Malmö FBC could be found in Group 6 together with Hvidovre Attack FC, Lindås IBK 1, Frölunda IBK and Nittedal Wolves. Malmö FBC continued to Playoff B after reaching 4:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Landvetter IBK Wings with 2-3. In the Final, KFUM Jönköping won over FBC Engelholm and became the winner of Playoff B in Boys 15. Malmö FBC also participated in Boys 14 during Gothia Innebandy Cup 2023. They reached the 1/16 Final in B14 Playoff B, but lost it against Unite Black with 3-7.
