Capricorn IC

Capricorn IC was one of 119 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Innebandy Cup 2018. They participated with one team in Boys 12. In addition to Capricorn IC, 53 other teams from 3 different countries played in Boys 12. They were divided into 10 different groups, whereof Capricorn IC could be found in Group 1 together with Båstads GIF, Florbalová Akademie MB, Sarpsborg IBK and Jönköpings IK. Capricorn IC continued to Playoff A after reaching 1:st place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against TJ Hraničář Malonty with 2-11. In the Final, Tatran Stresovice 1 won over TJ Hraničář Malonty and became the winner of Playoff A in Boys 12. Capricorn comes from Varberg which lies approximately 74 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Innebandy Cup takes place. The area around Varberg does also provide four additional clubs participating during Gothia Innebandy Cup 2018 (Åsa IF, Warberg IBF, Onsala IBK and Träslövsläge IF).
