In addition to Hovshaga AIF, 25 other teams played in Girls 13. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Hovshaga AIF could be found in Group 5 together with Åsa IF, Åkarps IBK, Lomma FBC, Tranemo IBK and FBC Partille. Hovshaga AIF continued to Playoff A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against IBK Lund 1 with 1-2. In the Final, IBK Lund 1 won over Malmhaug IBF and became the winner of Playoff A in Girls 13. Hovshaga AIF also participated in Girls 12 during Gothia Innebandy Cup 2023. They reached the 1/4 Final in G12 Playoff A, but lost it against Pixbo Wallenstam IBF with 0-1.
